Horrible service jet mall of Africa

I went to return an item for a refund the cashier took my card said the money will be refunded to my card that was yesterday 2020/12/28 before 1pm till today the money is not yet refunded when done I had to ask the cashier if we done she just went about her business with something else and ignore me while standing there at the till When I called them today they said I must come back to the shop again I'm livid because why was it not done right the first time now I must pay money again going to the mall where I received poor service before I could even do the refund I'm 38weeks pregnant I had to stand in a queue while there were no cashier's their service is appalling.
