Horrible Service - Horrible staff!!!!!

After 10 phone calls - rude staff still waiting for feedback!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had a Jet account for more than 10 years! Always in good standing, the last few months I didn't buy anything on my account but somehow get charged interest for R80, how on earth is this possible if my balance owing is R 0 !!!!!!

I've been phoning Jet every month to correct this but all I get is empty promises and the rudest staff EVER !!!! This is just *****ing!!!!!

Please can someone correct this and just give a bit of good customer service to loyal customers??????
