Horrible service from a Jet manager

I got to jet tembi mall in Tembisa a day after I purchased clothes with an intention of exchanging the clothes for good sizes,however the clothes were purchased using my husband's account and he was not around at that moment gone to work. when I got to the store there was no one at the door to assist me,eventually I found the store manager in the store and a relief came onto my mind that I will get the best service as I found the store manager if i am correct her name is MMAKADISA. When I approached her,her response was full of attitude, she had advised me that the clothes could not be exchanged as I did not have my husband's card, I kindkkindly informed her that I exchanged clothes at jet festival mall without the card and it was without a huddle,she started raising her voice at me telling me that they could exchange the clothes as "No reciept" but she can't change the clothes until I get the card,which confused me because I believe that if you want to give service to the customers ,you need to go the extra mile,but instead I felt treated like an *********** customer and my petrol was wasted for going there and not returning with a solution. now I had to drive to another jet to get assisted. Please investigate and revert back. Thanks kindly
