horrible Service delivery

I have been paying my account for the past few months but the credit is not increasing and the balance is increasing as if I am not paying. I have been requesting assistance and explanation on what is happening but seems as if I am not winning. They claim I have overspent on my credit but its been a long time since I bought stuff from their shops and they always said I dont have credit. Please assist.
