Horrible Service at Jet Stores in Gateway

I went to Jet Stores in Gateway on a Thursday afternoon and the store was not busy. There was a small queue and the cashiers were chatting in a group at one of the till points. Then the queue got longer and they still ignored us. When I went up to ask the one lady she said to go back to the queue as they were busy. As we are walking away then all of a sudden they aren't busy and they are calling us back. The staff at this store are so used to this it has become normal behaviour for them to treat customers as if they are inferior beings. I am never going back to this store!!! Sort your staff out. There is no point in having customers wait in line when there are 3 people chatting claiming to be busy. Management doesn't show face so you never know if there is even a manager in the store!
