Horrible service at Jet BT Ngebs Mall
Horrible service at BT Ngebs Mall. Manager who did want to replace my Jet card that is not working because I didn't bring ID. I produced drivers licence and copy I have in my phone. She still refused while poor cashier begged her to assist me.
