Horrible service and rude customer care calls to retrieve money that is paid

Since March 2020, I have received the worst service from Jet clothing store. I have received sms stating that my account is not functioning for payment or purchase due to technical problems, I have been to 3 store and asked for help to close this account and the staff cannot assist or they are offline, all the while interest is getting charged at 17.5%, your closing balance is not your closing balance. You are charged R23 for a letter and R23 for a call whether you receive it or not, I pay this account so often and yet the balance is still so high. I have taken pictures of the staff that are unable to assist as the store is now transitioning to another company. The cashier gives you a due amount, you pay it then someone calls you to say you are outstanding money- R23 for that. Service is disgusting
