Horrible service

I visited Jet stores in Bethal Mpumalanga, I have never felt so undermined and not valued as a customer. I went to the store did some clothing purchases and spotted a phone then enquired with the cashier by the name of Colane Mkwa**** ***, He took out the phone from the display and I confirmed I wanted to purchase it as it cost R2500.00 . He processed the clothes and said he is fetching the phone at the back only to findout after 15min of waiting that he left the store and went on lunch. I spoke to the store manager who seem to want to make excuses for me saying he will wait for his side of the story. I was very dissapointed at the service received.
