Horrible experience

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience at Jet recently was so horrible I need to. I bought some clothing from them recently and was double charged. I immediately tried to get my money back but could not return it immediately. I gave them a bank statement showing the money went of twice one the day of the transaction and then again a week after. Its now 12 days since the transaction and my money is still not back in my account.
