Horrible customer service

Jet stores is so disgusting in the way they treat their clients i have been struggling since 1 march 2021 to get my account closed. Phone calls and emails but still no joy they rather bombard your phone for payment. What payment exactly when you don't owe them a cent but yet they send out statements with account charges, the same policy charges that i cancelled and received sms confirmation stating its been cancelled. Jet needs to get their act together they pathetic
