Horrible customer service ever

I had the most horrible customer service experience ever at jet customer care, was assisted by Sizwe Mthembu who ended up cutting off my call and Jabulani Xele who ended up telling me that they have no manager at their department, but he will ask ONOTHER manager to call me, but no one ever called me back, AFTER THEY MESSED UP MY ACCOUNT, when is this unacceptable behavior going to end, what is wrong with Jet? what is going on? Am so upset!!!
