Horrible customer care

In the past I have always had great service from Jet. But the last year has been a disaster. Take forever or never pick up a phone, emails never get answered and the list goes on. For 2 months now I have been struggling to get a statement from them. I have know idea what I owe and if the take of payments. When I do get through to someone they keep on getting that they have an technical problem. No wonder they are in the trouble they are right now. When i called in to enquire about my out standing balance, i get told that i need to go to a jet store. Well, my nearest Jet has closed down. Next one is 2 hours drive one way from where I live. Really??????? If i look at all the other reviews i do not even think that something will come of this. Let me just skip one month of payment then i have to pay so much cost or they are phoneing you constantly. Just close down and get it over with.
