Horrible client Service

I was shopping at Jet Stores (corner Van der Walt and Church Street) and wanted to fit the clothes I was buying. When I approached the fitting room, the shop attendant, Tshego, was very rude and told me I could not fit the shirts I had with me as they were in a plastic pack and not opened. I told her I checked and inquired upstairs (1st Floor) - where I had picked the clothes from - if there were opened packs shirts and was told there were none and was also told that I could open the new pack to fit. She still rudely refused to let me fit the clothes and said to me: 'swallow your pride and go upstairs, stop acting like a spoiled brat.' I reported the incident to one of the managers on the floor who then asked her to apologize, which she did, but did so with a bad attitude and did not in any way show remorse for her behavior. Such DISRESPECT, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE and BEHAVIOR is UNCALLED FOR and NOT ACCEPTABLE. I am a customer and I expect & deserve to be treated with dignity. Please
