horrible call center experience

I just got off a shocking call. i don't even have an account with Jet but the way I was treat- never will I allow anyone I know open an account there... the agents communication is shocking, no listening skills whatsoever, it is we tell you and you listen- but how is that if you don't even have an account with them... lastly, I would like to say- will you please remove my number off your system because I have nothing to do with Jet- never opted and never will
