Horrible attitude

I bought a track pants for my husband in Jet stores Baywest on 2020-01-22 we got home he tried fitting the pants it was tooo small in the process he accidentally Broke the price tag while fitting it. I went to jet stores cleary park 2020-01-23 looked for another pants didn't find another pants went to the till point for a refund giving them the slip and showing them the price tag the cashier left came back and told me she won't be able to give my money back because of the price tag I told her that's unacceptable because its not like I didn't have anything, I have proof of purchase and the tags the manager comes to me christalene McCarthy I said I don't want to argue I have everything what's the problem then she tells me I bought the thing in Baywest. They have **** service telling me about Baywest did not know it would be a problem exchanging something bought at another shop same company apparently suppose to have the same service but cleary park and there bad attitude just because they work with people who are less fortunate horrible service store manager and her workers will work the company to the ground if there attitude is bad
