********** service from Jet Loch Logan (Waterfront) Bloemfontein
My wife and I bought a Nokia 2.1 smartphone for my mother in law at Jet Loch Logan (Waterfront) Bloemfontein. The phone had a problem with the speaker and we returned it. We were told the phone will be back from repairs in 6 weeks. After 8 weeks we went to the store and the friendly lady told us it was not back from repairs and she would get back to us. To this day, the 5th of July 2019, we've heard nothing from Jet.

05 Jul 2019, 15:40Thanks to hellopeter Jet responded in just over 2 hours, something they couldn't do for over 8 weeks. I went to the store and I was told the phone will be delivered anytime between Tuesday and Thursday next week
