Horible service Jet store head office pathetic

Pathetic Jet 26th Jan paid off my account at Jet Southgate mall and could not use their phone to call head office due to Covid 19, 29.01.2021 I contacted the head office to close my account.. *********** agent Sthembiso Mayoyo helped me and promise me that my account will be closed in 31 days I took his words and trusted him, called after month 11.03.2021 to check if my account is closed and spoke to another *********** agent Wanga Ketile she also promise to close the my account and provided me with the team leader's contact no (Delen) because I wanted to complain, called Dalen on his direct line no so many times and no answer, 11.03.2021 called again and spoke to team leader Riska my account still not closed she promised to close the account immediately but will only update on the 11th April 2021 so I must wait after I tried so many times to close the account a month ago and she just said they is nothing she can do and advise that she will escalate my matter to the 2 team leaders of Sthebiso and Wanga as I requested them to call me for apology till today still waiting I am not even sure if my account is closed or not I am so tired of calling Jet with my airtime for one things over and over again.
