my phone has went for warranty and its has been 3 weeks now without any feedback. the phone is still brand new. its was just 2 week since i reported to jet eersteriver and was told to come back. apparently it was reported to the regional manager by the the store manager who took my contact nr. up until today nothing.

16 Mar 2026, 14:23tomorrow is four weeks without my phone. the issue is at repair centre and not with the shop. their is no direct link between stores and shop. no contact nrs to follow up.
we just told to wait for the courier to the shop. If it was a software issue ,i should have my phone back by now.

24 Mar 2026, 15:01today is 5 weeks without my phone. we didnt get any prove of when my phone was send to apparently sss or something. jet eersteriver supposively gave my nr to the regional manager Morne who never calls. There is no way of getting feedback between jet and the repair centre they using. Today after going up and down to the store and mails sent i was told that my new phone needed a part which only arrive today and most probably get on Friday. A brand new phone that needs a part. also with previous response from store, the actually didnt contact me. Since jet TFG it got worse.
