Hollard Life and Jet claim

I am being given the run around by Jet and Hollard life.

I have been trying to claim my account protection plan since the 8th of May. I am on hold till the phone runs out of airtime. When we opened a Jet account Jet made the account protection plan mandatory but when it is time to claim they refer you to emails and contact numbers for Hollard. Its a nightmare.

I have also cancelled cell phone insurence which still reflects on my statement
