Hollard Cellphone Insurance

<p>Hi i would like to compalain about Jet they told me to take cellphone insurance for my cellphone of which i did, i insured my 7600 cell phone but now my phone was stollen they only paid me 2000 for my expensive phone, they didnt explain to me that only now when i claim that they discontinued my phone without my knowledge, How come you insuring 7600 phone for 2000 they selling insurances with lie nobody expained to me only find out now . Please you need to train your staff for customer service they ***** me i am so dissapointed with this. I am not paying my account untill this is resolved I asked Jet in Alberton to check the guy that does this to me. Even the ladies at Alberton City tried to help me with this and they also not understand this it doesnt make sense. Poor client service .</p>
