high account with unnecessary plans

hi my mom has an account with Jet for so many years and not a day in these years that she has to face something like this since TGF has taken over her account became a mess there was funeral cover which my mom didnt apply for i phoned and canceled it then the account was credited and the theres account protection plan but now my mom is paying 500 since may 2022 and the account is not going down its still 9000 i am very disappointed with Jet and TGF group they are mixing peoples accounts and robbing us and charging so much for email and sms please improve the accounts department for Jet WE CANNOT BE PAYING AN ARM AND A LEG EVERY MONTH TO SETTEL OUR ACCOUNTS
