Help clear that balance cause am not going to be listed for something I didn’t sign up for

I need to lay a complaint to jet account my account balance it’s R1000 something that they say am owning that I don’t know off, now they saying I got Jet club, accidental cover a whole lot of things and now I must pay for it please am not gonna pay that money, provide me with voice recording where I said I wanted those covers cuz clearly signatures u won’t have cuz I didn’t sign for anything like that.
