HELP!!!

I need to book an air ticket for my son and would like to pay for it with my Jet Thank You card. Each time I do it via the website, it tells me that it is an invalid card number, so I tried the using the account number and got the same response. I managed, after phoning 3 times and having to hold for approximately 25 minutes got through to Mango Airlines reservations. Although I was able to book it via the agent that answered, she wasn't able to place it onto my Jet Thank You card and said that she thought there was a problem with the Edgars website and that she would hold it for me for 48 hours. However, when I contacted the Edcon offices, I was told that they do not have a problem and that the problem was probably with Mango Airlines' website. My question to them is ... who's problem is this and how can I rectify it from my side to enable me to reserve the booking?
