Head Office refuse Refund

I overpaid my Jet account with R256.65 and I was told the money will be refunded. Guess what this is been 2years and the amount was paid in Jet Bara (Soweto).<br> <br> I went to the Branch and was told to send signed letter Bank statement and ID Copy which was done 3months ago. I checked and nothing was happening, I went to the Branches and (Busisiwe) call the call center only to be told the ID Copy was unclear By Nomfundo Shezi or Shei. WHY ON EARTH NO ONE PHONED ME ABOUT THIS,!!! I started again and resend the ID Copy, but no still nothing happens.<br> <br> I CALLED THE BRANCH MYSELF ONLY TO BE TOLD BY ZININGI THAT I HAVE JET AND EDGARS ACCOUNT AND ADMIN STAFF WHERE CONFUSE AND THOUGHT I HAVE NO REFUND...I WANT MY ****** MONEY JET I HAVE TAKEN THIS TO MY LAWYERS I DON'T CARE ABOUT ADMINI I WANT MY MONEY FROM YOUR CONFUSED ADMIN NOW!!! I WAS THE CALL CENTER MANANGER TO TALK TO MY LAWYERS!!!<br>
