Harrasment !!!

I am very frustrated and angered by you Jet!!!!! Where do you get off sending your goon call centre agents to call and harass me about when am I getting payed and when am I going to pay my account!!! I have been a loyal and paying customer to you for years!!!! Never missing a payment and even now during this Crisis I am still paying more than my set installment!!!! Just now I received a call from one of your call centre agents who was very rude to me because I asked him why is he asking me when I will get payed and when will I pay as if I don’t know from my statement!!! Come on guys this is ridiculous!!! This is the kind of behavior that will lead me to close my account!!! I am not in arrears, I have not missed any payment and yet your agent treats me like I am a fugitive? Why? This is not the way to keep good paying customers let me tell you!!!!
