Harassment over an account that is not mine
I have been receiving SMSes from CDR who say that they are collecting debt on Jet's behalf for an account which is not mine. These SMSes are becoming more frequent and irritating. I contacted CDR 2 days ago and the call centre removed my cell number from their records . Today l got another SMS and when I phoned back the call centre 'removed' my number again. Jet must manage their agents better .
