Handed over AFTER Arrangements!
In the begining of August i was contacted by Jet and i MADE payment arrangements with them. Today I receive a call from attorneys as Jet has decided to hand me over BEFORE the arranged date of my payment. And according to them NO NOTES WERE EVER MADE REGARDING MY ARRANGEMENT! This is pathetic, just goes to show how much you care about your clients and your staff in the call is centre dont have ANY manners and clearly dont do their work!!!
