handed over account paid up but no paid up letter
My name is Andisiwe . I had an account with Jet which I failed to pay and it was handed over to VVM debt collectors, In march 2015 VVM gave Me an offer to settle My account which I accepted but since then I haven't received My paid up letter. I've wasted airtime calling them, My name is still listed on credit bureau for this account and it's reflecting bad on My name when I try to apply for credit from other credit providers. I am pleading with Jet stores to clear My name since this is their account, the debt collectors have not been much help for the past 5months,Jet stores please help Me out. <br>
