Great customer service
<p>I visited Jet store in Rustenburg, midtown mall yesterday and received a great service from the Granny (I think she the manager). Firstly I like the new layout of the shop, fitting rooms were clean. I got to the queue, it was long, it was busy but I appreciate that she came to us (customers) to explain that she is getting more people to assist us and she showed sense of urgency. She also requested the team to show sense of urgency, then apologised for any delays. Loved the customer experience. Thank you Ausi Granny, will definitely call back again </p>
