good service

i have been struggling to get assistance with an phone insurance claim from the jet based at bree street cause no one in that shop seems to know what they doing so i decided to go to a different jet store...i was welcomed by sibusiso at the jet store in side Egdars in Joubert street with a smile..this gentleman called the insurance guys and my query which had been going on from the 14th May -till 23rd June was resolved in less than 20min. Please note that this man is an asset to the company cause he delivers great service and has the greatest sense of humour . keep up the good work Sibusiso and thanx for your help
