Good Customer service and problem resolution

Hi Hello Peter<br> <br> I'm writing this as a compliment to Tlhalefang who works at Jet Stores Church Str in PTA. <br> <br> I went there on 07/11/2015 to buy tommy as they were on buy one get one free. There were some misunderstandings with the terms and conditions.I had to go back to solve the billing that I was not happy with. I'm happy to say that she apologised for the inconvenience and solve my issue timeously and I was happy with the outcome. The manager was also humble and friendly professionally.<br> <br> I would appreciate it if she's appreciated for her work.
