By far the most stressing and unsatisfying customer experience ever. Jet Cresta Mall Randburg. I've been trying to get assistance with closing this account for the past year. A whole 2025. 1stly my account was loaded with insurances policies and Healthcare debits which I didnt sign up for as a teller did it on their own without my concent. That's ******* no. 1. Then I'm forced to pay up an account of R1800 of deductions that I don't understand what I'm payinging. I've been trying to get this issue sorted for the most now and this account closed. This is an attempt for a final reach out. If i may please get assistance.. I've been goig to this branch almost the whole year and the only thing the unhelpful teller says is come back after 3 month. This is absurd!
