Get staff informed

Hi<br> <br> Jet store is currently advertising some specials on their website Summer 15' as well as a leaflet in the Kuier Magazine that runs till 13 September 2015. Sunday my husband and I went to the Jet store to purchase a Defy metallic fridge advertised as R3499.99 on his account. The staff did not know what fridge I was talking about and did not offer to find out or check with other branches. All she did was told me that the lady that regularly work this department is not in and suggest that I go to Game store and purchase a fridge their. I was shocked that they were showing away customer. Monday morning I emailed their head office with the same details and if they could possibly source this fridge from another branch. I have not heard anything back from them yet. Lunch time today I phoned the same store just to check and the lady informed me, to possibly source a fridge it will take 2 - 3 weeks & its a lot of work. So yes, I will be taking by purchase somewhere else that would appreciate the sale and rather pay more if the service is better.
