Get ****** inside the store and refused with footage

My wife ****** her phone insider JET store in ladysmith and when I asked for footage to track the intruder,I was told TFG has it and I called the group and they told me to go back to the store. Customer get ****** while shopping and no effort to pull the feed,where is customer service and security? I need footage ASAP
