Gatvol of Jet/Rcs

Jet stores are really ripping people off..last year June/July 2023 they started deducting R59.00 for some cellular thing..I've never bought a phone or apply for airtime or any cellular related things..i queried it several times in-store and via email but nobody could tell me what that is..i didnt sign up for anything related to this..i went as far as going to TFG head office @Parow Centre..there they could see my email query i did last year but they could not help me and said that the acc is with Rcs..my last option was to cancel this so called cellular thingy and requested my money back cause they couldn't show me prove of me agreeing to the cellular thing..they end up telling me that i swipe my card as agreement at store .this is a total lie as i dont do things like this..i only swipe when i make payment or buy clothing..i also didn't get statements for + - a year until i requested statements...i feel that Jet ****** me of my money for a couple of months and they refuse to reverse all my payments.... I also suffered an instore injury May 2023 and reported it and gave them picture of my injuries and the pin that went in my foot..the consultant that called question to me was " what do i want them to do" Very poor customer service
