Funeral services cancelled but still debiting me

I cancelled my funeral plan services on 20 December 2014, last year, I went into Jet stores at The Glen, and a lady whos details I did not take down, assisted me, to cancel the funeral insurances,but now I am getting statements saying that I owe money for the funeral insurance, I tried calling the call centre and they are telling me to go into the shop again, which I donot have time or money to go to again, I want this sorted out and to be assisted without incurring any costs,
