Funeral documents not submitted to Hollarr

I went to Jet at Vangate Mall on Sunday 21st March to complete Funeral claim forms and the lady that assisted us promised to forward the documents to Hollard urgently. Today the 30th someone calls and claims that Jet did not forward any claim documents and the death certificate I left at the store and the consultant that called still had guts to tell me that the claim will only be attended to on Monday despite telling her that the funeral is on Saturday the 2/4/2016 because she is off tomorrow does Jet comes to a stand still. ..? What must we do now..? My uncle took out policies so that we could bury him with his money. Now what we do..? Where is customer service here. Is this how a man on the street treated in the time of need..?
