MS RM MOKOTEDI IS ILLITERATE AND THEY SAID THEY DID CALL HER TO REGISTER FOR FUNERAL COVER THEY DID DEDUCT FROM 2012 SHE WANTS A REFUND BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT IT AND THEY SEND STATEMENTS WITH SMS AND IT DOES NOT SHOW ANY DETAILS AND SHE WANTS REFUND UP UNTILL TO DATE
