Frustrations

They gave me a settlement to pay my jet account which was paid in May and my information was updated on credit bauer that i've payed. on the 16th August Jet handed over my account to elsewhere that I am owing that and I have to pay, they have reopened my account claiming they didnt receive the payment even though I sent them proof on my bank statement.
