Frustrated and disappointed

I bought a phone at jet store at West street and Smith street in Durban on lease I informed the sales guy my pay date to debit my account but they choose their date debit the money zi had reserved to shop for my new born baby and went to the store to inform the lady that sold me the phone and was told it had been changed and explained to them the money was saved to shop for the baby as I was on maternity. I was directed to contact the Call centre and spoke with Somisa Mahori who was unhelpful and promised to log a complaint on my behalf so someone can contact me in few days which never happened. The next month same thing happened money was debited on the 12th when I get paid on the 27th went to Jet again was told the same thing and spoke with Antinine Nyaba who was also unhelpful. Can't wait for the balance to be paid off so I will never have to deal with them ever again.
