Frusted with this store.

<p>My aunt who is a pensioner opened an account in 2008 & got R2800.00 buying credit.she since both items for about a R1000.00 & since then she has been paying R200.00 monthly without making a purchase till 2015 Dec when she bought an item of R69.00 & ever since she has been paying R200.00 sometimes R300 to R350.00 but to her surprise she is still owing & Jet canna lot prove what she has taken that she is been paying for since 2008 till to date & it still says she has an outstanding amount of R1400. 00 for which still jet cannot prove when or where did she make a purchase.yesterday we went to jet & spoke to someone @ head office they say they can see that the account was created 2008 with a buying credit of R2800. 00 but cannot be able to print the history of purchase so we can understand exactly how much did she purchase & why is she still paying for it.please help because the customer service is not user friendly.</p>
