********** MONTHLY R25 CHARGES FOR CELL C AIRTIME

Jet has been charging me R25 every month for Cell C airtime that I did not subscribe for. I do not even have a Cell C sim card. Unfortunately I have not been checking my statements in details, I just ask in store how much I need to pay or look at the instalment amount of the emailed statement and just make a payment. For more than a year they have been charging me R25 monthly Cell C airtime which I am not receiving and do not want.I phoned Jet on 11-09-2015 and spoke to Siyabonga Shoba, he said all he can do is not arrange cancellation and refund. I phoned again to follow up and I was told that the query has been resolved, I asked for confirmation of the reversed funds and they said I should wait for the next statement. I received the statement today and the reversed only R75 with the details PRINCIPAL CREDIT ADJUSTMENT, then another R75 with the details SMS AIR SUBSCRI0000 . Then they added R75 again in my account as PRINCIPAL DEBIT ADJUSTMENT. On top of that they still continued to debit my account with R25.IT IS ***** TO DEBIT SOMEONE'S ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY DID NOT AGREE TO, ARE YOU THAT DESPERATE FOR SALES??
