I am highly disappointed. There's a ********** account that was opened under my name and ID at Jet Trade Route

My ID has never been lost and I don't travel with it unless necessary. I filed a dispute against this but it was declined by Kenneth from the ***** department. I am going insane because this is tarnishing my name and credit record.

Please find out how an account was opened using my credentials whereas I have my ID on me and fire whoever opened the account without requesting necessary documentation. *** is the account number I was given as reference.
