Can't give zero stars it's a shame really after posting my previous complaint I was told that you would listen to the call made to my mother where she was bul**** and **********ly made to join two insurance policies that mounted to R570 that was last month we are still waiting while constantly being called and harrassed by your staff who also don't seem to be aware that the issue is being escalated in order to determine from listening to the call if her information was processed after she had given permission or not as she says Please get back to us in this regard it can't take a month to listen to one phone call also kindly provide us with a copy of the call recording Thank you
