Hello Peter I am frustrated client of Jet,I have this account for over 10 yrs, since RCS took over my account is a mess.They activated more than 10 insurances without my knowledge.I only found out after I lost the store card. I went to the store and the called head office I spoke to a lady explained my problem and told her to cancel all the insurances and I received sms that confirmed that they are cancelled. I request the statement that show that all the insurances are cancelled and refund made into my account,till today nothing.I went to the early this yr. Today 25/10/21 I received an sms stating that my insurance is active them I documents on the way. I can call this no ***, when I called this no is not I use. Google the no and called I was send pillar to post no one knows anything.

I am frustrated of paying for the service that we don't receive. Your response is very much appreciated.
