********** contract on my account.

Jet has taken me to Easton Berry attorneys and MBD in 2021. Both these companies called me regarding my Jet account. I paid up the account last year in August and went to the store in December to ask for the account to be closed, however the person that was helping me gave me son lame story that the account is still at the attorneys and that I must wait for it to be transferred back to the store. There has been no communication, no statements from Jet and now recently , I get messages again from MBD that I owe the account and apparently there is a blue label subscription/contract on my account that I have never signed up for. I have been taken from pillar to post when I ask about this. I went to Jet Randfontein and was informed that I need to present an email that I got for the settlemment amount which I don't have coz this was a telephonic agreement.
