********** CellC contracts and Insurance

Can someone help. we reported this cell c that keeps on appearing on the account it's over 5 years but still. You go to the branch and they tell you to call cell c, you call cell c, they don't know anything about those contracts. I also blame these agents at the doors at jet registering our parents without their knowledge to this nonsense contract under false pretense of which I believe it is for the sake of getting commissions. Can consumer National Consumer Commission intervene in this regards. We are tired of Jet. We complain year by year and nothing changes.
