On the 10 June at around 5pm I walked in Jet store on Bree Street in Johannesburg CBD. I purchased clothing for my son and daughter. There was one tights that the cashier did not put in the plastic packet and I realised this as soon as I opened the packet to try the clothes on for my children. I went back to the store yesterday afternoon to try and redeem the item. I have the card I purchased with and the receipt I received from the cashier, this is the receipt that has the amount on as I misplaced the receipt that has the clothing items on. I asked the \manager"Elisa to print the receipt for me so that I can show her the item that was missing. She had the worst attitude and I could tell from the beginning that she wont make effort to help me. She said the system to print will take over an hour (which I do not believe) and that she will print it for me and call me today. I have received no phone call and I didn't expect one either because she was so rude. I WANT MY THAT CLOTHING ITEM OR A REFUND!!!!!! I will never purchase at this store if this is not resolved.
