********** Account Ruining My Life!!!

On 24 November 2019, a ********** Jet account was opened using my ID number in Richards Bay, KZN. Account number: ***. I had left the country on 23 October 2019, returned on 10 August 2021, and the whole time I was abroad, I had my ID document with me. So it was impossible that I would have opened this account. Plus, I have never set foot in Richards Bay, KZN. When I got back to SA, I found my credit score in the gutter due to this ********** account. I tried to contact Jet on numerous occasions via phone, email and physically going to their stores. They sent me from pillar to post and refused to help me. Eventually I was assisted by the debt collection agency they had sold my debt to, Nimble Debt Collectors. It was Nimble that conducted an investigation and concluded that the account was indeed **********. I then requested Jet to remove their listing on the credit bureaus and it took over a year fighting with them to eventually do it. Now, in 2023, they have now listed me again on the credit bureaus and my credit history shows “Missed Payments” in the last 5 years because of this ********** account and it’s adversely affecting my credit score. Seriously Jet, what do you want from me???? Why are you so hell bent on ruining my life??? I’ve never even been a client of yours and I still don’t know how you got my ID number. What will it take for you to get off my back and stop ruining my life at every turn???!!! I seriously hate you people, you are Satan incarnate!!! Leave me the hell alone you recalcitrant **********!!!!
