********** account not closed

I discovered that an account was opened with Jet in my name when I was checking my credit score. I went to the Randburg branch to inform them to investigate as I had not opened this account. Indeed they confirmed that it was ********** as my ID documents did not match with the one on that account. After a few weeks of this inquiry, a staff member from the head office called me to inform me that the account was closed and my credit information was updated with the credit bureau. Little did I know that it was not done. The account is sitll open and reflects on my credit report. I am very dissapointed that this matter was not sorted out and continues to haunt me.
